L’école ouvre ses portes le 19 février 1951 pour sa première rentrée. 180 élèves s’inscrivent et sont répartis en 3 classes dans la salle paroissiale Roma. La construction des bâtiments commence.
L’école ouvre ses portes le 19 février 1951 pour sa première rentrée. 180 élèves s’inscrivent et sont répartis en 3 classes dans la salle paroissiale Roma. La construction des bâtiments commence.
Dès leur arrivée, les Soeurs se lancent dans la construction des bâtiments de l’école. Le 1er bâtiment est achevé en 1955. En 1959, le second bâtiment avec 12 nouvelles classes est inauguré par Mgr Mazé.
En 1959, l’école devient collège Notre-Dame des Anges. Les premières promotions de filles passent le Brevet (BEPC).
Aujourd’hui, le collège comptent près de 700 élèves, encadrés par une équipe pédagogique de 45 professeurs et une équipe non enseignante de 30 personnes.
